The first Windows 7 Beta exam - 71-680: TS Windows 7, Configuring is to be available in a week for Beta testing. If you pass this test it will be added to your transcript and even better - it is free!
Registration for this exam opens on April 27th with the testing period running from May 5th through Mat 18th. You need to hurry though as there are limited beta slots available and once they are gone, registration will close.
